The Crestron Home system proved to be invaluable throughout the project as it is used to manage every aspect of daily living within the home, including controlling lighting, adjusting climate settings, operating shades, and managing the audio-visual systems.

The homeowner’s desire for a modern and clean look while having a comprehensive automation system led to the implementation of Crestron touch screens, Horizon® keypads, motorized shades, and lighting control. The Crestron touch screens and Horizon keypads are used to control 12 displays, 250 lighting loads, and 20 audio zones throughout the house. Two outdoor displays enhance the entertainment features of the home. The patio can be screened in to create the perfect space to host parties or relax after a long day.
