The HR-CV-MINI is a durable handheld remote with a simple all-purpose design, customizable buttons for source selection, and voice control capabilities. The remote features seven customizable buttons with a variety of text and icon options. The HR-CV-MINI may also be paired with the Crestron Home®
OS and 4 Series Crestron custom programming solutions for complete control over audio, video,
lighting, shades, and other amenities.

Note: The HR-CV-MINI is only compatible with Crestron Home when using Version 2 Hardware. For details, refer to Crestron CP4-R and MC4-R Version 1 Hardware: End of Active Development in Crestron Home® OS. While using either custom programming or Crestron Home, the HR-CV-MINI is only
compatible with 4 Series and VC-4 processors. The remote does not offer 3 series support.

Simple Design
The HR‑CV‑MINI features a sleek and simplified design that is optimized for ease of use. The customizable buttons can be programmed to perform multiple functions while still simplifying navigation.

Dynamic Configurable Buttons
The HR‑CV‑MINI features seven fully configurable buttons for basic source selection and lighting control. The source selection button extends across the entire width of the remote, enabling users to swipe through and instantly launch AV sources, video streaming apps, or music services. These buttons provide fully customizable text and icon options. The volume rocker and control mode buttons can also be programmed for additional functions, such as controlling lighting and audio levels, or browsing a media library.

Fixed Tactile Buttons
The HR‑CV‑MINI includes fixed tactile buttons that provide access to everything needed to watch TV, listen to music, and navigate on-screen menus. These include voice, home, mute, and play/pause buttons, as well as a five-way thumbpad that enables directional navigation. The HR‑CV‑MINI single actuator provides tactile feedback with each button press.

Instant‑Waking Technology
The HR‑CV‑MINI uses Instant‑Waking® Technology to activate from sleep mode within milliseconds of movement. Commands such as muting audio, pausing video, or AV navigation are sent and executed immediately.

Ambient Light Sensor
The HR‑CV‑MINI includes a built-in light sensor, which regulates the brightness of the configurable buttons according to the light level in the room.

Wi-Fi Connection
Crestron enhanced Wi-Fi® network performance is optimized to deliver fast, dependable wireless communications with a 50 ft (15 m) omnidirectional range (conditions permitting). The choice of 802.11 a, b, g, and n protocols offers reliable, high‑speed wireless connectivity in any RF environment.

Extended Battery Life
The HR‑CV‑MINI includes a rechargeable lithium-ion battery which, under typical usage, can last for 10 days. The remote can be charged through the USB Type-C® port on the bottom or via Qi wireless inductive surface charging.

Voice Recognition
With built in voice recognition, spoken commands to the HR-CV-MINI can quickly turn devices on or off,
change the channel, and set audio levels. Press the voice button and say a command to have the remote
execute the action.

Table Dock Charger
The HR‑CV‑MINI‑DS table dock (sold separately) provides Qi wireless inductive surface charging for the HR‑CV‑MINI while occupying minimal space on the tabletop or shelf. While charging, the HR-CV-MINI displays an icon indicating its current battery level.
