Crestron Automate VX Care (IV-VXCARE) is a subscription support plan available for purchase for terms of one year or longer in connection with the purchase of Automate VX System Series 2 or later processors, including the Automate VX2 Standard (IV-SAM-VX2-S) and Pro (IV-SAM-VX2-P) systems, as well as dedicated Crestron 1 Beyond cameras.1,2,3 The term of coverage under an active Automate VX Care subscription plan may be extended for a total period of up to five (5) years from Crestron's shipment of an eligible Automate VX System Series 2 or later processor. This extension is available by purchasing additional subscription terms prior to the expiration of an active Automate VX Care subscription plan.

The Crestron Automate VX Care subscription provides the benefits described below for the covered Automate VX System Series 2 or later processor and dedicated Crestron 1 Beyond cameras:

Crestron Automate VX Standard Care provides 24/7, year‑round live remote support with a dedicated Automate VX support team.

Extended Hardware Warranty
The purchase of Crestron Automate VX Care extends Crestron’s standard limited warranty coverage period for an eligible Automate VX System Series 2 or later processor and dedicated Crestron 1 Beyond cameras from three (3) years to a period of up to five (5) years from the shipment date.1, 5 Continuous Crestron Automate VX Care coverage is required from initial purchase through the extended warranty period.4

Rapid Advance Replacement
During the applicable warranty period, Crestron will issue an advance replacement unit before the defective unit is sent back to ensure minimal downtime.4, 5

Discounted On Site Support
If on site support is needed, Crestron Automate VX Care subscribers are offered a discounted, all inclusive daily rate without any hidden fees or added costs for travel and expenses.6

  • Crestron Automate VX Care subscription support plans must be purchased within 90 days of Crestron’s shipment of the eligible Automate VX System Series 2 or later processor.
  • Each Crestron Automate VX Care plan is applicable to the specific Automate VX System Series 2 or later processor for which it is purchased, as well as contemporaneously or subsequently purchased eligible Crestron 1 Beyond cameras that are dedicated for use with that eligible processor, subject to validation by Crestron. Subsequently purchased eligible Crestron 1 Beyond cameras must be purchased during the term of the active Crestron Automate VX Care plan and must be added to the plan within thirty (30) days of shipment pursuant to the instructions provided by Crestron.
  • Crestron Automate VX Care plans and benefits will expire at the latest five (5) years following Crestron’s shipment of the eligible Automate VX System Series 2 or later processor, or earlier if continuous coverage is not maintained from the initial time of purchase. The plan term of coverage shall not be extended beyond the above period even if additional Crestron 1 Beyond cameras are subsequently added to the plan.
  • Third-party products, including without limitation any third-party microphones, DSP products and/or other types of third-party products, are not sold by Crestron and are expressly excluded from coverage under the Crestron Automate VX Care plan and from coverage under any Crestron warranty. Warranties and Advance Replacements are subject to the terms of Crestron Standard Limited Warranty and Terms and Conditions of Sale, posted at www.crestron.com/warranty.
  • Subject to the terms of Crestron's On Site Support program, where available. On Site Support requires the engagement of an independent Crestron authorized Dealer. To locate a Dealer click the “How to Buy” tab at www.crestron.com.
