The single touch screen simplifies device management and eliminates the need for multiple remote controls, making it easy for users to operate the room. For even more sophistication, Crestron occupancy sensors automatically detect when users enter the room and activate the necessary technologies to start meetings effortlessly. This comprehensive design was easily replicated among the varying room sizes, ensuring satisfaction among employees by providing a consistent experience and operational efficiency.
DM NVX AV-over-IP technology delivers flexibility, high-quality performance, and streamlined management among the meeting spaces at PVCFC. The brain of the solution is in the server room, and images are transmitted directly to the meeting rooms over the network with the DM NVX platform. This approach was key in meeting the aesthetic requirements set by PVCFC as the technology provides high-resolution video transmission over long distances, eliminating the need for additional equipment in each room and removing extra clutter from wires. With DM NVX technology, any location with a network node can be used to connect and receive signals from a DM NVX endpoint. For the combinable rooms which can be split in half, the DM NVX solution enables flexible screen positioning to quicky adapt to the different room layouts while maintaining consistent image quality.
Crestron AirMedia® wireless presentation and conferencing systems and the Crestron Flex platform have also played a role in delivering an exceptional user experience for in-person and hybrid meetings. The reliability of the technology has delivered an exceptional experience while also being a solution that can meet the evolving needs of the PVCFC meeting spaces.
