DM NAX Audio-over-IP Distribution System is built on the DM NVX® AV-over-IP platform, so you know it provides unmatched flexibility, scalability, performance, and integration. DM NAX is the native Crestron Home audio distribution system that also seamlessly integrates with custom Crestron systems and DM NVX, and Crestron Residential Speakers.

Flexibility

Select audio from any source – voice services, DM NVX, traditional audio sources, such as TVs and CDs, and streaming services. Smoothly ramp up and down alarms, doorbells, chimes, paging, intercom, and Amazon® Voice Service to mix with the audio. Plus, DM NAX features line level outputs and voltage triggers to feed to other amplifiers.

DM NAX is a product family of easy-to-install, versatile audio distribution units that integrate Audio-over-IP, native streaming service support, and local analog or digital inputs all in a single platform. Each product provides flexible connectivity options and works directly with other DM NAX devices, DM NVX devices, or any AES67 compatible audio device on your network.

  • A high performance, space saving, energy efficient, professional grade Audio over IP (AoIP) amplifier. Supporting DM NAX, Dante, AES67, and local inputs, all with full DSP capabilities, this multichannel amplifier is suitable for both residential and commercial configurations.

Certified Audio Profiles

Creating an immersive audio experience is easier than ever

All tunes. No tuning

Get superb sound without the cost and complexity of manual tuning, as these preset audio profiles are built straight into the latest DM NAX™ firmware, and will soon be delivered directly from the cloud to all DM NAX Audio-over-IP preamplifiers and amplifiers. Finally, hear every note in every room from every speaker the way it was meant to be heard.

Setup is simple

Just navigate to your DM NAX amplifier (8ZSA) or preamplifier (4ZSP) webUI, select the zone you are configuring, and find your speakers from the drop-down menu. They will automatically tune to the ideal profile. It is as easy as it sounds, and as good as it gets.

Crestron’s Reference, Ultimate, and previous generation Excite®, Aspire®, Essence® speakers are all supported.

Profiles for some of the speaker market’s most recognizable products will be available soon--optimally supported and easily added through our driver portal.
