- The Device Database represents data for the general programming applications. The general programming applications are used by advanced programming applications such as D3Pro and SystemBuilder.

Library Update
The include4.dat file shipped with this Device Database enables the THREADSAFE keyword in SIMPL+ for the 2-Series processors. It is already a legal keyword for the 3-Series processors. HOWEVER, until firmware version 4.6 is released for the 2-Series, you will not be able to use it, and will get warning messages when uploading the program to the 2-Series processor. Until then, please continue to use conditionals around the THREADSAFE keyword as you are currently doing, when using it for the 3-Series only.

Note to SIMPL programmers with Adagio systems: There was a change in the device symbol to accommodate the new ATC-AUDIONET card. If you open an existing program with DvcDB 30.00.000 or later, there will be a warning that the control system model has changed and that you should perform a “replace control system” with the same model, which updates the Adagio processor device symbol to the new one. Go ahead and do that. CEN-TRACK users and SystemBuilder users are not affected.
