Known Issues
- The following issues are known and will be addressed in future versions.
The Flex-InfoGatherTool is only supported for use on a UC-ENGINE. This software will not run on a PC that is not considered part of the Flex product line.
- Mercury Mini currently not supported as a discovered user interface panel. User will need to manually download logs from Mercury Mini and add them to the uploaded files.
- Lenovo UC-ENGINE has not been activated as a supported Flex system for application.
- User interface panels that have not been set with their respective Adminsitrator username and password will fail during the attempted log gathering for that panel. User will need to connect to panels Web Configuration and create the Adminsitrator username and password.
