        Chateau on Central Design Challenge Arizona Showcases Cutting-Edge Home Automation Technology

        Drum roll, please! Interior designer Robert Burg of Robert Burg Design has taken home the win for showcasing jaw-dropping cutting-edge home automation technology use in the Chateau on Central Design Challenge Arizona. For over 20 years, Burg has been recognized for creating beautiful, high end residential and resort style living spaces with a European sensibility for his clients around the world. Burg took home the win for his unique design of the five-story, 5,400 square-foot chateau, integrating the most innovative home automation technology from Crestron Electronics. The decision was announced at a grand reveal party at Chateau on Central in Phoenix, Arizona on February 26, where ticketed guests were invited to tour the properties and vote on their favorite design.

        The University of Florida (UF) in Gainesville recently opened the new George T. Harrell, M.D., Medical Education Building, which innovatively gets students out of the traditional classroom and into an immersive, collaborative learning experience made possible by multi-system AV integration. Thus, the four floors in the building contain technology-enabled spaces supporting the instruction of medical and health sciences, including task training rooms, standardized patient and manikin simulation spaces, large learning studios, student and faculty spaces, meeting and work rooms, and an experiential theater.
