As workers begin to repopulate office environments in phases, hybrid meetings will rise to the forefront and the trend towards simpler, more user-friendly meeting spaces will be juxtaposed with heightened health and safety protocols for in-person participants. We’ll explore how to strike the right balance between capability and ease of use and discuss whether simpler interfaces necessarily make users happier.
