        Prior to completion of the integration process, it is recommended that you add necessary users to your XiO account. Failure to do so will result in the user not being authorized to access the application with their user account. Once the application is submitted, a Crestron True Blue Support engineer will be in touch to provide status updates and/or support for any additional information or issues on the integration process.
