Crestron Bolsters Ranks for Next Phase in Asia Pacific

Three years ago, Crestron famously embarked on a very ambitious expansion program in the Asia Pacific region. With new direct facilities across Australia, NZ, India, Singapore and NE Asia, Crestron has successfully established an enormous footprint in the region.
Stuart Craig, CEO Asia Pacific comments “The last three years in Asia Pacific have been a tremendous success. We have invested a lot of time and resources in this region. We have been building new offices, creating Experience Centres for our customers, new training facilities, new support programs and we now have a staff of over 300 in the region. Every which way you look at it, this program has been very successful. We are very proud of our team and all they continue to achieve.

Now the company is investing and expanding again with a new executive management team to steer Crestron to new heights.
“As we roll out our new Pixel Perfect NVX, new Cloud initiatives and our new Crestron Flex UC Range, the time is right to bolster our team and push ahead again. We are fortunate to offer our team and our customers some of the most experienced personnel in the industry” explains Stuart.
|Jacques Bertrand, VP of Sales Asia; Jacques will be based in Singapore and comes to us with 18 years’ experience as Barco’s Senior VP of Sales, spending much of that time based in Asia.
|Thomas Marcher, Executive Director SE Asia, will be based in Singapore and comes to us after 11 years with Harman in Asia and prior to that DIS and TC Electronics.
|Frank Xiao, Executive Director NE Asia and China, will be based in Shanghai and is well known to the NEA market having spent his career with Harman, Barco and Christie. Frank will manage the continued expansion in China, HK, Korea, Macau and Japan.
|Jade Coote, Marketing Manager Asia Pacific, will be based in Sydney and comes to Crestron from where she spent more than ten years at Somfy. Jade will be responsible for new initiatives in dealer and digital marketing across the region.
