New facility features Customer Experience Centre and Training Classrooms
Crestron recently opened a new regional office in Dubai, one of the fastest growing regions for building controls. The new office features a Customer Experience Centre and large training classrooms to accommodate professional development coursework to meet the ever-increasing demand for building systems and skilled integrators in the region. The Business Central Towers in the heart of the city will remain Crestron’s MEA base housing sales, marketing, and customer service and support departments.
"The new office is nearly three times the size of our current space and features two training rooms and Customer Experience Centre where the full Crestron solution can be demonstrated. The centre provides a space for our dealers to bring their customers to experience technology in a feature-rich setting,” said Vincent Phillippo, Crestron MEA Regional Director. “Business is booming for Crestron in the Middle East. It’s a really exciting time for the AV industry and we have had a lot of new products coming out this year, including our revolutionary 4K distribution solutions.”
The company is embracing emerging technologies such as 4K and is now sharing this knowledge in a range of new updated courses that ensure Crestron partners remain ahead of the technology curve. Crestron’s updated industry-standard DM® Certification courses now include 4K training, which fully equip installers for the 4K era ahead. The flagship training facilities and Customer Experience Centre in the Dubai office provide installers across the region with access to the best in 4K training. The two new training rooms can be combined to create a large space or separated to create two different learning zones.
