The Crestron community is tightly knit, growing even stronger over the course of more than 40 years of working closely together. I would like to provide assurance that Crestron is committed to the health and safety of our employees and our partners as well as making sure our products continue to be available, and our True Blue Support services remain available to all customers worldwide. We have been taking diligent steps to ensure that our supply is intact, and we continue to service the Crestron community.
Crestron has continuously invested in our production facilities and finished goods inventory across all regions - an unrivaled commitment designed to protect against fluctuations in the market. That’s why today, in these times of need, our supply chain is secure, and we remain prepared to help serve your business needs.
Providing Customer Support has always been at the core of our business and our top priority. Today, our ability to support you and your customers remains uninterrupted. To protect the well-being of our staff, we have asked them to work remotely. We prepared for this, and today our support teams worldwide are up and running and ready to serve you. They are taking calls, responding to emails and chats, creating designs and quotes, processing orders and resolving any issues you may have. Every one of our world-class True-Blue teams is 100% operational and ready to serve you.
In addition, to help maintain market readiness and provide the necessary training tools during the current situation, I’m pleased to announce that the Crestron Technical Institute (CTI) is launching more new online and interactive Design and Programming courses. These courses will provide a similar dynamic to in-class training and will augment current, at-your-own-pace online trainings. Please look for more information from us on these courses via email and other channels. These are great opportunities to become more proficient with our products during this downtime so we’re all prepared to hit the ground running when this is over.
