Now, with the ability to assign each button its own color theme from a defined set or by creating your own, you can deliver intuitive control options, such as a source selection multi-toggle where each source is represented by a different color. This elevates the user experience to be more than just a simple button press!

Next-gen Horizon also enables you to adjust the color temperature of white, so you can set backlights or feedback lights to be cooler during the day and warmer during the night, for example. Or you could choose the new “dim to warm” theme that uses the local ambient sensor to automatically set the button backlight to cooler or warmer, based on the intensity of the room lighting.

Installation is better, too. You can mount next-gen keypads and dimmers to an EU backbox in a single-gang configuration. Additionally, a new securing mechanism ensures all four corners of the faceplate are flush to the wall.

All next-gen Horizon keypads, dimmers, and accessories will be available in white, black, and almond, with more finish options and products coming soon. Choose from standard engraved keypads with button dots that indicate where to press, or custom engraved, with button engravings personalized to meet the needs of each space.
