The Hartak Meeting Rooms are 11 conferencing spaces offered by the Seven Visions Resort & Places, The DVIN created to bring together modern amenities and a flexible atmosphere to deliver on any conferencing need. The meeting rooms required future-ready infrastructure that could support a dynamic, multifunctional space. The integrator implemented Crestron control to allow seamless communication between video displays, projection systems, audio components, movable partitions, and motion sensors. The design focused on ensuring stability, intuitive control, and long-term adaptability. Every component was programmed with precision to maximize operational reliability and user accessibility. As the client's needs evolve, they can upgrade the Crestron system easily without significant changes to the core architecture.

Crestron DM NVX® AV-over-IP technology ensures secure, high-quality video and audio distribution as well as flawless video and audio streaming, eliminating latency across the entire facility. To manage these spaces, Crestron touch screens were strategically deployed to allow users simple, intuitive access to complex functions. The Crestron touch screens were configured for maximum usability, allowing employees and visitors alike to interact with the technology with minimal training or support. Crestron Flex videoconferencing solutions such as tabletop touch screens were also introduced to further enhance collaboration capabilities, particularly in meeting environments. With one-touch join, meetings are smooth and reliable for guests at the resort.
