The Crestron Culture
How does one define a company’s culture? For those who viewed “True Blue” as shorthand for the culture that’s been built over five decades, that definition seemed self-evident (and shared quite a bit of overlap with those who focused on “community”):
"True Blue is a mindset, a commitment, and a culture I’m proud to be part of. To me, it represents loyalty to excellence, a deep belief in the power of innovation, and a relentless drive to support our customers, partners, and each other. It’s about showing up with integrity, owning the outcome, and always striving to be better, not just technically, but professionally and personally. What is most important to me is that being True Blue means I’m not just working for a company, but I’m contributing to a legacy of leadership in technology, where every product, every interaction, and every solution reflects our shared values. It’s about pride in what we build, and even more so, pride in how we build it together as a True Blue community."
— Michael T., pro enablement
"True Blue is a culture built upon trust, respect, and commitment to our community. In George's words, it's the act of making Crestron community part of our extended family, where we put all our effort towards its success and growth!"
— Jaya S., engineer
One employee, however, was most succinct of all in his definition of True Blue:
"Doing the right thing, every day, every time, every place, for everyone."
— Garrett O., Crestron Technical Institute
