Every year, Crestron Masters brings together the most technically accomplished people in the industry — programmers, designers, integrators, and engineers — for several days of deep-dive training and hands-on learning. This year, that community gets even broader in San Antonio, Texas.

Modern Work at Crestron Masters returns for 2026 as a fully rebuilt program, co-located with Crestron Masters and open to anyone who installs, specifies, supports, or sells Crestron solutions. Two-plus days of immersive, hands-on sessions culminate with the Crestron Modern Workplace Certification — updated this year to reflect where the industry is today.

Why Attend in 2026 — Even If You Completed the 2025 Certification

Here's the honest case for returning: the 2025 certification reflects what the industry looked like 12 months ago. A lot has changed since then.

AI-driven transcription, real-time translation, and automated meeting summaries have gone from differentiators to baseline expectations — features clients now assume every room will support, out of the box. Delivering on that assumption requires getting the fundamentals right: audio that's clean enough for AI to process accurately, video infrastructure that keeps hybrid participants genuinely present, and a network built to carry all of it without fault.

The 2026 curriculum is built around exactly those requirements. Every course has been reworked and expanded — including a new dedicated track on DM NAX® Audio-over-IP technology that addresses the direct link between intelligent audio and AI performance. Every course in the 2026 program has been rebuilt from the ground up — not refreshed, rebuilt. Network Infrastructure and Deployments

The network is no longer just IT's problem — it's the foundation every AV deployment runs on. This course covers modern, scalable network designs that support secure, reliable workplace technology across AV, lighting control, scheduling, and system monitoring.

DM NVX AV-over-IP Distribution and Routing

AV-over-IP has become the standard for a reason: scalable, low-latency, and purpose-built for dynamic environments. This course covers updated approaches for deploying and optimizing Crestron DM NVX® AV-over-IP technology — from straightforward installs to complex multi-zone routing.

Intelligent DM NAX® Audio-over-IP and Sennheiser® Solutions

AI-driven meeting tools are only as good as the audio feeding them. This course covers intelligent audio networking, speakers, and microphones — and the direct connection between audio quality and AI performance in modern collaboration spaces.

AirMedia® Presentation Technologies

Frictionless content sharing is a client expectation, not a feature request. This course delivers hands-on deployment best practices for wired and wireless presentation — so anyone can share from any device to any screen without a support ticket.

Intelligent Video and Crestron 1 Beyond Cameras

Hybrid meetings fail when remote participants can't see or be seen properly. This course covers the latest in automated intelligent video — group framing, speaker and presenter tracking, optical zoom — and how to deploy it as functional infrastructure, not an afterthought.

Collaboration Solutions and Integrations

A close look at Crestron's newest collaboration technologies across UC ecosystems, including Crestron Collab Compute — purpose-built hardware that powers Microsoft Teams® Rooms and Zoom Rooms® video conferencing on Microsoft® Windows® OS

Each course is built around practical application — deployment strategies, current product knowledge, and hands-on learning you take directly into the field.

Where This Certification Can Take You

Modern Work at Crestron Masters is a complete program in its own right — and a starting point for what comes next. Following the event, all attendees receive access to the Crestron Technical Institute Training Portal for continued learning and deeper technical certification pathways. Participation also opens the door to the Certified Technical Architect (CTA) designation, available through CTI, and a future invitation to Crestron Masters itself.

For those who can't make it to San Antonio, the Crestron Modern Workplace Certification training program will also be available online following Crestron Masters 2026.
