How do I access restricted areas of Crestron's website

Certain areas of this website are restricted and can only be accessed by Authorized Crestron Dealers and Partners. Most of these areas are found listed under the "Special Resources" heading of the "My Crestron" column on the right. Some restricted areas are located elsewhere on the site, such as registering for training, downloading example programs and more.

In order to access these areas, you must be logged-in to this website with your 7-digit "Customer Number" entered correctly in your account profile.

Your current access level is listed in the My Crestron column on the right:

If your access level differs from what it should be, please make sure that your account is set up properly, by taking the following steps:

1) If you are not logged-in yet, please log in (in the My Crestron column on the right). If you have not yet signed up for an account, please "Create Account" (also found under My Crestron on the right).

2) Click "Update Account"

3) Click on the link for "Change Customer Number"

4) Check your Customer Number against your last order confirmation or invoice. Everyone who orders from Crestron is assigned a 7-digit "Customer Number". Authorized Partners are also issued a Customer Number. If you cannot locate your customer number, please contact customer support at 1-888-CRESTRON and we will gladly assist you. After you enter or change a customer number, make sure you click the "Save Changes" button. Note: You will be asked to choose your office location after saving changes to your customer number.

5) Click on the link for "Change Questionnaire Answers"

6) Check that you have selected the proper Company Type. If you make a change here, make sure you click the "Save Changes" button.
