Cook+Fox Architects As a committed and prominent member of the "green" building community, Cook+Fox Architects 'practiced as they preach' by transforming its new headquarters into showcase of profitable building sustainability. The result was a 12,000 square-foot space atop an eight-storey building on the Avenue of the Americas in NYC with a LEED Platinum rating and a seamless integration of form and function. The system includes nine keypads and one touchpanel to control the 80 lighting circuits enabling maximum energy savings.
