Lighting Fixture Test Request
Test and verify correct operations for the various lighting fixtures on the market (LED, fluorescent, etc.) with Crestron lighting control products. Request to have fixtures tested by simply filling out the form below. Please check our Lighting Fixture Compatibility Chart before submitting a request as we may have already tested the fixture you are interested in.
How the process works:
- Fill out the form below
- After receiving your confirmation email, pack up your fixtures and send to us. Be sure to include a copy of your confirmation email in your box as it contains reference numbers and contact information we will need. The testing process takes approximately 3-4 weeks.
- Once the testing is complete we will send the fixture(s) back to you at the return address you specified along with a printed copy of the test report. Please note: we will only return ship ground.
- In addition to sending you a printed copy of the test report, the results will be posted to our website.
