A+/GSS/COG Partner Day of Education
Registration Closed - Event Filled to Maximum Capacity

Thursday, June 19th
8:00am - 10:45am

Las Vegas Convention Center; Meeting Room N251

The public sector has been driving Green building initiatives: government buildings and schools were among the first to seek Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. Today, one school a day registers for the U.S. Green Building Council's (USGBC) LEED certification program, and 12 federal agencies – from the Department of Agriculture to the Smithsonian Institution – have established LEED mandates for new or renovation construction. Currently, 22 states and 75 cities require new commercial construction and major renovation projects that meet LEED standards.

One impact of the growing adoption of green rating systems is that the design process of new buildings and renovations has become more integrated than ever. Green building goals need to be identified up front, and key players brought to the table early to develop the strategy to achieve those objectives. These new design considerations and processes represent interesting technical challenges and tremendous business opportunities for our industry.

The annual, invitation-only Creston A+/GSS Summit, is a great occasion to have breakfast and meet with your peers, hear case studies, experiences and success stories, and learn how Crestron can help you to "make life greener" across your campuses and facilities.
