Crestron was honored by its industry peers with awards in sound and audio achievement at the Inaugural Live Sound International- ProSoundWeb.com Readers' Choice Awards competition.

Winners were chosen by ProSoundWeb.com readers. Crestron won first place recognition in two audio categories:

CE Pro BEST Awards

CE Pro announced the winners of its inaugural BEST (Best Electronic Systems Technologies) Awards at CEDIA EXPO in Atlanta. The BEST Awards recognize the most noteworthy new products and technologies. Winners were selected based on creativity, innovation, incorporated equipment, obstacles overcome, aesthetics, and lifestyle benefits.

Residential Systems magazine sixth-annual Resi Awards honors the most innovative industrial designs of products in the custom installation industry. A panel of independent judges selected finalists from an impressive collection of entries.

Crestron was named Best Trade Supplier at the CEDIA Awards 2009 banquet, held at The Brewery in London.

Additionally, seven out of nine installation category winners featured Crestron technology.

CEDIA Awards recognize and reward high quality system design, installation and integration within the residential custom installation industry. CEDIA Awards also help set the standard for CEDIA ESP members across CEDIA Region 1, which includes Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Crestron Recognized by Home Theater Specialists in Brazil with "Best of the Year" Award

Brazil's Home Theater Magazine (Revista Home Theater) released the winners of its annual "Best of the Year" awards. Covering more than twenty manufacturer categories in the home theater and home technology markets, a panel of specialized, independent industry judges selected the proud winners.

A panel of experts (systems integrators, manufacturers, members of the trade press and industry consultants) reviews the submissions and selects both a Platinum and Gold award in recognition of outstanding achievement in the industry.

Best Control Product - TPS-6X

All global AV manufacturers that released product made commercially available throughout the EMEA + market place within the 2008 calendar year were eligible. More than 180 products were entered in this year's awards program. Sixty-six finalists in 11 categories generated over 12,000 individual industry votes. The Crestron TPS-6X Isys® Wireless Touchpanel was recognized by the industry as the "Most InAVative Control Product For Residential Use."
